Jack Welch is one of the most successful and well known CEOs in the world, and is renowned for turning General Electric (GE) into the omnipresent multinational corporation it is today.

The Challenge
In 1999 Jack Welch decided he needed a more direct and accessible way of communicating with GE's 340,000 worldwide employees. Mr. Welch decided that the most extensible way of accomplishing this goal was through an interactive system on the GE corporate intranet.

The Solution
Prior to his departure, eBriefs served to deliver corporate announcements, information, and media from Jack Welch's office and GE's corporate headquarters to the desks of its employees.
